KR21 co-organised a conference on secondary publication rights (SPR) at the Academy of Sciences of Lisbon in Portugal, featuring keynote speeches by Manuel Aleixo, from the Cabinet of European Commissioner Ekaterina Zaharieva, and Shaofeng Hu, from UNESCO.
