The Secondary Publication Right: Concept, Legal Framework, and the Bulgarian Experience

On Monday, 16 March (09:00-11:00), Ana Lazarova, the KR21 national coordinator for Bulgaria, shares her expertise on the Secondary Publication Right (SPR) by exploring the concept, the legal framework, and lessons from the Bulgarian experience. This KR21 workshop is organised at the ‘Stelios Ioannou’ Library & Information Center with the support of the Cyprus Association of Librarians – Information Scientists (CALIS, ΚΕΒΕΠ). In the afternoon, a second stakeholder meeting will be held, focused on the Cyprus EU Council Presidency and SPR advocacy.
